FORCE FACTOR 肌酸腦+身體配方，含5克肌酸，有助於工作記憶、專注力與集中力、肌肉恢復及力量

I've been taking this for about three weeks and the 5 grams of creatine per scoop is easy to mix into my morning shake without any grittiness. I do feel a bit sharper at work in the afternoons, and my recovery after leg day hasn't lagged.

The dual benefit is what sold me—using it for both gym recovery and afternoon focus, and I've noticed I'm sharper during work calls without sacrificing the muscle support. The powder mixes clean in my shaker with no clumping, which makes the daily routine painless.

The 5-gram serving is easy to mix into my post-workout shake, and I’ve noticed my focus stays sharp during the afternoon slump. My recovery feels quicker too, which is exactly what I needed.
