The texture is surprisingly chewy, not gummy like other supplements I’ve tried, and the salted caramel taste makes it easy to remember daily. I’ve been taking one after lunch for gut support, and it’s become a nice little ritual that doesn’t feel like a chore.

The salted caramel flavor is actually pleasant, not overly sweet or fishy, and the chews are soft enough to eat easily. I’ve noticed a real boost in my daily energy since adding these to my morning routine, and my gut feels more settled too.

These taste way better than the last sea moss gummies I tried, like a real dessert instead of a chore. I've been taking two a day with breakfast and my energy has felt steadier through the afternoon, plus the fact they're gluten-free and non-GMO keeps my stomach happy.
